Most bathrooms take around 7-14 days, and most kitchens 3-6 weeks, depending on complexity.

We’ll give you a realistic timeline based on your specific project — and update you if anything changes.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. If your project requires permits, we take care of the paperwork and inspections for you.

Everything we do is to Ontario Building Code standards — no shortcuts, no “under the table” work.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. We are fully licensed, carry liability insurance, and our workers are WSIB-covered.

Do you work in condos as well as houses?

Yes. We renovate both houses and condos across the GTA and surrounding areas.

We’re familiar with condo boards, rules, and elevator bookings, and we plan around them.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?
